As part of Phase II of its Performance Improvement Initiative, the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency (BTH) is holding a meeting for departments to present to, and discuss with, the Expert Review Panel the department program-level action plans. Additionally, the departments will provide brief status updates on their implementation of the Panel recommendations made during Phase I (if applicable), and will discuss the critical performance measures essential for management reports that departments will regularly provide to the BTH Secretary. Additionally, there will be a presentation of the results of the functional integration analysis jointly conducted by four BTH departments (Corporations, Financial Institutions, Real Estate and the Office of Real Estate Appraisers).
